At this time all shipping is conducted from our headquarters in Los Angeles. Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders confirmed before 10:00 AM PST during normal business hours will be shipped same day. Orders confirmed after 10:00 AM PST will be shipped the following business day except where a national holiday prohibits shipping on that day. Orders made over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
We currently use USPS for shipping. The available days for shipping are therefore subject to USPS’s schedule. Unison Foods is not responsible for delays in shipping due to either USPS’s off days or severe weather conditions.
At this time we are unable to accommodate rush shipping; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the event your order is returned to our headquarters as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, we will contact you via the phone or email you provided to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.
We want every customer to feel secure ordering from unisoyfoods.com and to be happy with their purchases. If there are any problems with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us and let us know. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number and a brief description of the problem so that we may address it. Should a refund or replacement be necessary, we will issue one within 24 hours of the first business day of receiving your complaint. If you wish to return an order, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation.
If you’ve placed an order and wish to cancel it, please do so before you receive shipping confirmation from our offices. Once your item has shipped, you are unable to cancel the order, and it must be processed as a return instead.
